HighZer0 Electronics Limited Warranty

HighZer0 Electronics warrants that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of confirmed delivery, as verified by the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation.

For purposes of this warranty, the delivery date recorded by the carrier shall be considered the official start date of the warranty period, regardless of when the product is opened or installed.

During the warranty period, HighZer0 Electronics will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Replacement units may be new or refurbished and are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Jurisdictional Warranty Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or require longer minimum warranty periods. In such cases, this warranty shall automatically extend to the minimum duration required by applicable law. Any provision of this warranty that conflicts with applicable law shall be interpreted and enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and modified only to the extent necessary to comply.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit or exclude statutory rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, including consumer protection rights applicable in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

Scope of Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Hardware failures occurring under normal and intended use
• Functional defects that prevent the product from performing its intended purpose

Coverage is limited strictly to the physical product supplied by HighZer0 Electronics and does not extend to any external systems, components, or devices.

Exclusions and Non-Covered Conditions

This warranty does not cover, and HighZer0 Electronics shall not be responsible for, failures or damage resulting from:

• Improper installation, improper handling, or failure to follow standard installation practices
• Use outside of intended specifications or environmental conditions
• Physical damage, including bent RF connectors, damaged antenna ports, cracked boards, or missing components
• Electrical damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or short circuits
• Liquid damage, corrosion, or exposure to extreme heat, cold, or humidity
• Unauthorized modification, firmware flashing, or alteration of the product
• Repair attempts by unauthorized individuals or third parties
• Compatibility limitations, including but not limited to BIOS whitelists, OEM restrictions, CNVio/CNVio2/CNVio3 incompatibility, or platform-specific limitations
• Software, driver, or operating system issues not directly attributable to a hardware defect
• Performance limitations due to antennas, signal environment, or system configuration
• Normal wear and degradation over time

Products determined to be fully functional upon testing are not considered defective and are not eligible for warranty remedies.

Compatibility and Use Disclaimer

HighZer0 Electronics products are sold as hardware components intended for use in compatible systems. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.

Compatibility may be affected by:

• Manufacturer BIOS restrictions or hardware whitelisting
• Platform-specific interfaces (e.g., PCIe vs CNVio)
• Antenna configuration and quality
• Operating system and driver support

HighZer0 Electronics provides compatibility guidance based on best available information but does not guarantee compatibility with all systems.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

• Provide valid proof of purchase
• Provide a detailed description of the issue
• Complete reasonable troubleshooting steps when requested

HighZer0 Electronics reserves the right to request:

• Photos or video evidence of the issue
• System details (model, configuration, OS, drivers)
• Return of the product for diagnostic evaluation

Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the claim.

Inspection and Determination

All returned products are subject to inspection and testing.

HighZer0 Electronics reserves the right to:

• Confirm whether a defect exists
• Determine whether the issue falls within warranty coverage
• Reject claims where no defect is found or where exclusions apply

If no defect is found, the product may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense where permitted by law and platform policy.

Remedies

If a valid defect is confirmed within the warranty period, HighZer0 Electronics will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product with an equivalent model
• Issue a refund equal to the original purchase price

These remedies are the exclusive remedies available under this warranty.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighZer0 Electronics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, loss of use, or loss of business
• Costs associated with diagnostics, labor, system downtime, or third-party services

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Returns, Shipping, and Fees

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or platform policy.

HighZer0 Electronics reserves the right to:

• Specify return methods and carriers
• Deny unauthorized returns
• Apply restocking or handling fees where permitted

Risk of loss during return shipment remains with the customer until received.

Fraud Prevention and Abuse

HighZer0 Electronics reserves the right to deny warranty claims in cases of:

• Fraudulent claims or misrepresentation
• Repeated claims indicative of misuse or abuse
• Returned products that do not match the original shipment

Platform Policy Alignment

This warranty is provided in addition to, and operates alongside, the return and protection policies of the platform through which the product was purchased.

Where platform policies (including but not limited to Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee or Walmart policies) provide greater consumer protections, those policies shall apply within their respective timeframes.
